Dear USGLC Board of Directors,

Rand Paul is at it again. Yesterday, his PAC released an ad<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYucW5hFits> in Kansas in which he praises Senator Pat Roberts for his vote to cut foreign aid. The full ad is below. RANDPAC also plans to air ads in KY, NH, IA and NC, though we don't know if any of the ads will mention foreign assistance. As a reminder, in 2012, Senator Paul spent over $500,000 running anti-foreign aid ads in five Senate races - OH, WV, IN, MO, and FL. None of his preferred candidates won.

Up until now, we have seen no other advertisements on our issues other than Rand Paul's PAC, though foreign policy continues to play a more prominent role in all the debates. Watch for our analysis and profiles of the new faces in Congress on November 5.
