I know are scheduled to speak with Henry tomorrow at 10:00 am.
The Harvest/Burnham matter is very important to us all as well. I spoke to
both Lin and Lindsay today about Harvest/Burnham, they both
strongly suggested that you speak to Henry about the JV. Henry we
believe, is still interested in doing the JV deal if a fair evaluation of
Burnham can be agreed to and if YOU as a deal maker are inside Burnham. To
that end if you could please mention to Henry on your call tomorrow these
two very important points

#1. That you heard from me that Henry is planning a trip to the US in the
next few weeks to meet the Burnham team and that you look forward to
meeting him when he is here.

#2. That you are very keen on getting the Harvest/Burnham platform set up
and moving forward, as we discussed this summer in Beijing we can all
work together to take advantage of the cross border deals that we all
see are really heating up.

Your call tomorrow with Henry is an excellent opportunity as regards this
deal so please work those two points in Hunter. Me, Lin, Devon and Lindsay
have been working very hard on this JV platform set up, Henry holds you in
very high regard Hunter so you bringing up these two important points and
expressing your commitment to this JV is of high importance to us all.
