Dear Eric, Thank you for your email. We have never worked in Mexico, Poland and Dominican Republic. We will prepare a short report on what we have done in Kazakstan (I think really few and small things). About Africa I will wait for you note on the opportunities you have with NGO's. Let's organize a call when you want. Furthermore we are planning to come back to WDC really soon. Many thanks and best regards Corrado On 29/ott/2014, at 19:29, Eric Schwerin <eschwerin@rosemontseneca.com<mailto:eschwerin@rosemontseneca.com>> wrote: Corrado- It was great meeting you and the rest of the MedTag team on Monday. It sounds like there are a number of international opportunities where our contacts may be helpful to MedTag in expanding your business. As Hunter mentioned in the meeting, rather than look at too many opportunities right away and then be unfocused in our approach we thought that it would make the most sense to identify a select group of targets where we know we have a good contact that could be helpful in finding partnering opportunities in a particular country. Our thoughts were that initially we focus on Poland, Kazakstan, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. Before approaching our contacts in each country we would like to have a further discussion with you on what you have done to date (if anything) in each of these countries and also make sure that any information we send out is appropriate for the target in each country. I do want to emphasize that we don’t yet have a sense on the appetite for MedTag’s product in each of these countries, however, we are selecting these countries because our contacts there have the ability to get things done and have found things like MedTag appealing in the past. Perhaps we could arrange a call to discuss the approach with each of these countries and how we might work together going forward. While we are pursuing the above four countries this does not mean we won’t also pursue possibilities in China, India and Africa. For Africa, we will send you a separate memo on the opportunities there particularly with NGOs. We also will try to assess the possibilities in China and India with our contacts and come back to you with our thoughts. Since China, India and Africa may take a little longer and require a larger strategy before we approach them we wanted to at least identify a few smaller target markets that we can work on while we are assessing the opportunities in China, India and Africa. Let us know if this approach makes sense to you and perhaps we can arrange a call for sometime next week to discuss this further. Best, Eric Eric D.
