Per the recommendation in the Statement, I am planning to send letters to Secretary Clinton, the UN Secretary General and the current president of the Security Council suggesting that they call an immediate meeting of the Security Council to urge all nations to help secure unfettered humanitarian access to southern Somalia. Please let me know if you think I should not pursue this action. Thank you very much.
