That'd be great. Would Wednesday afternoon/evening work? Maybe we could get dinner and hit the NA 8:30 at WSC?

I just thought to reach out to you to see if I could get some guidance on who the correct source is to goto.

The seller would hold the current note for 3 years after ownership, but we would assume payment on that debt immediately. The $4,000,000 we need to buy the seller out would be collateralized by equity in a private company with solid financials, not the apartment building.

His company did $124,000,000 in revenue last year and has been valued at $250,000,000. They have very strong financials with little debt. I'm going to talk to Scott about securing the private debt with 5% equity in his company (which could be sold very quickly to recover the capital in the event of an unlikely default. Investors call him regularly to buy equity). With current valuations, 5% would be worth $12,500,000. That's more than 3x the amount of the loan.
