Dear Member,

Another year is coming to a close and I hope that it has found you healthy
and ready for the Holiday season.
During the past 18 months our Owners have invested significantly, allowing
us to make changes and improvements
to our facility and services, which in part have included renovations of
the locker rooms, spa treatment rooms and
pool level, as well as cosmetic changes to fabrics and furniture around
the facility.

As you know, monthly dues have remained unchanged since January 2011.
I would like to advise that as of January 1st, 2015 the dues will increase
to $300.00 per month.

Additionally, new legislation effective October 1st, 2014 specific to
District’s Sales and Use tax requires Health Clubs
to collect 5.75% tax on monthly membership dues, which will be charged
effective November 1st, 2014.
The Hotel has absorbed this tax in the first month.

As always we will make continued efforts to upgrade our facility and our
service
to keep offering you the very best there is in Washington DC.

I wanted to sincerely thank you for your continued kindness and support of
