Guys-


I just met with Joe Nocito the CEO of Automated Health Systems and I think there is real potential for you to help them. He is 100% interested in business development with the Federal Government, specifically, HHS. He is opposed to lobbyists and his contract all have anti-lobbying clauses so it’s a good fit.


The problem is he’s doesn’t know what he is looking for with the Feds, so he needs somebody to investigate what, if any opportunities are out there. He is currently the Primary Care Case Manager and/or Enrollment Broker for Medicaid in several large states, like Florida, Illinois and Pennsylvania. The health care reforms call mandate the use of an “Navigator” which is another name for an Enrollment Broker.


I suggest we schedule a conference call for you guys to hear more about him and see if you can provide value. I am available to discuss.

I know you plan to have breakfast with them tomorrow - I've taken a quick look at the materials and it looks interesting. I think it might fall into lobbying slightly. I agree with Hunter though - if it doesn't we'd be interested. If it does though, we have a really good firm that we'd recommend they hire here in DC and that we work with on a regular basis.

This is a start. AHS is looking for opportunities with the federal government as well as bidding on Health Insurance Exchange work for the individual states.
