Mr. Biden:


We are preparing a national press release to go out on Monday, the day
before the election, and I need to hear back from you today.

I called your office yesterday and spoke to Katy Dodge. I emailed a
proposal to Ms. Dodge's email address to be forwarded to you.

The email is regarding how your firm can collect $100 Million for
brokering a contract for our company while saving the Obama-Biden legacy and
helping the Democrats win the midterm elections by taking advantage of my 20 year
research study that yielded a breakthrough discovery that will slash
healthcare costs by hundreds of Billions of dollars per year and FIX Obamacare
just before the election next week.

As you know, Obamacare now threatens to give the GOP control of the Senate
while rendering the Obama-Biden White House a lame duck administration for
their remaining two years in office.

Due to the extremely time sensitive nature of this project, I need to know
if you are going to participate or not so I can proceed accordingly.

As the Vice President's son, are you even allowed, legally and ethically,
to bring vital information to your father and President Obama that can
change the outcome of the midterm election to favor the Democrats?
