The banker on this transaction, Brian Sweeney is a friend from my high
school days. He is helping this company Unequal raise approx $6mm of
equity, and the company is just about at break even while growing fast.

They make fortified Kevlar gear for both athletes and soldiers that reduce
the risk of injuries (particularly concussions). Their prototype received
a lot of hype in the NFL a few years ago when the Philadelphia Eagles
announced that Michael Vick could come back from multiple broken ribs
because he would wear their vest. Since then, many well known NFL players
are using it and it sounds like the company is growing quickly and
penetrating the various professional and college leagues quickly. They are
also expanding in military applications through an acquisition.
