Good morning. I
had several Skype calls over the weekend. Alan in the EU has the legal team in place
to go after the Iran bank account in Switzerland. I would like to propose for
the 3 of us to try to reach some agreement with Boies, for some
upfront monies and then a fixed fee upon success, such as: if we recover over
$50M but under $100M, we are paid $5M (there will be us 3 and 2 EU attorneys,
so we each take $1M). For recoveries of $100M and above, we are paid $18M and
share it the same five ways.


The next transfer to Iran is mid-November. I
think it is worth the effort and cost. We need to engage the guys in the EU now. Let me know what you think and if you can help get a simple agreement with Boies.
