All: Attached is a marked up version of the NEC Organization paper
discussed at our sub-committee meeting. This will be for discussion
at our full-group meeting on August 9 (telecon). At that meeting we
should also be reviewing David’s subcommittee report on the Work Plan.
The combination of the Work Plan and the Organization Plan should
form the basis of our Business Plan to present to our respective
companies for funding.
