I know exactly where you are coming from and as I said don't disagree with you at all. You are right. I could have pushed back a little earlier in my conversations with John but didn't for a few different reasons, that said I am looking at this from the point of view of how much work we will have to do on this and I really don't think it will be more than 50% and I am going to make John do work. If he doesn't he won't get paid and this won't work for anyone. Let's just see where this goes. Eric D.
