Z. Notice I had Steve mention the Burnham project
As Henry told Michael again yesterday the main concern in Henry's mind is
the reputational risk to Harvest. We know there is no risk in that regard
and the only way to really allay his fear is to meet with Henry and discuss
the plan.
Do you have a firm date yet on our meeting in Beijing during the week of
the 6th?

Michael Lin informed me you will not be able to make it to the National
Speakers Conference in Richmond because Harvest Group is in the midst of
groundbreaking business transactions. We will miss you company but of
course, I perfectly understand the need for you to attend to matters back
home. Tony Zhao, SLLF's newest employee, keeps me abreast of developments
in China and it is clear that you are an exceptional innovative business
leader. I will be proud to count you as a colleague when we establish our
SLLF Asia branch. Congratulations and my best wishes for your continued
success!

As you know, I am close friends with Michael Lin and Jim Bulger and some
years ago they we're kind enough to make me a shareholder in their firm.
Jim tells me you are now considering an involvement with the Burnham Group
here in the USA. I have every confidence that such a partnership will be
beneficial to all parties and am hopeful your negotiations will lead to a
good conclusion.
