Got it. Lorenzo wants you and Devon to see if you know anyone at CALPERS so he can go meet with them on this when he is in California next week. No real idea why he picked CALPERS except that they have a lot of money. I said I'd check with you but I was pretty sure you didn't know anyone directly. We are going to have a hard time raising money for this, FYI.

Also, he wanted us to think about Labor Pension Plans that would be interested. I asked if this was being built with Union Jobs and he said it wasn't. I told him that it wouldn't make sense to go to them with this if it wasn't labor jobs, but Lorenzo said if they get in now they get pipeline for future projects which could be built with Union labor. Maybe I am wrong. We could talk to Chafe tomorrow and verify.
