I hope you're doing well. It's been a long time since our days at Yale Law
School together. It sounds like you're involved in a set of interesting
efforts.

I'm following up now as I'm hopeful you'd support my wife Gina Raimondo's
(YLS, Class of 98) campaign for Governor of Rhode Island. Your colleague
Devon Archer has been a strong supporter, and can vouch for her.

Gina has served as State Treasurer since 2011, during which she led
successful pension reform efforts which has garnered national attention
(I've attached a few articles from NYT, Time, etc)

The gubernatorial campaign is going well in a very competitive 3-way Dem
primary (now less than 50 days away). So your support would be timely, and
much appreciated.

It would be terrific if you'd consider making a $500 contribution (limit is
