I really enjoyed speaking with you on Friday and I look forward to working through a more thorough due diligence process with you on Rosemont Realty. Per our discussion, I will target early July for a start date on due diligence as it sounds like this will be the best time for you.

In the interim, I think it would make sense to review the attached Investment Presentation and PPM for Rosemont's office program. It clearly lays out the various aspects of the strategy, team, track-record, and fee structure.
