Dear George and Sarah,
I write to follow up, again, regarding the Biden matter. We are prepared to file a Complaint for Breach of Marital Settlement Agreement on Thursday if we do not receive confirmation by close of business tomorrow that Mr. Biden has fully authorized Bill Morgan to release Mr. Biden’s tax returns and related tax information to Ms. Biden, and received a copy of the executed deed transferring Mr. Biden’s interest in the lake house to Ms. Biden.
We also need an answer on when Mr. Biden will pay his February alimony payment, and full financial disclosure if Mr. Biden has the intention of asking to modify or reduce alimony.

I have asked both of you before, and I ask again for you to confirm whether you are authorized to accept service for Mr. Biden.
