I have reviewed Mervyn’s accounting, and it generally adds up with the wired expenditures to CEFC Infrastructure.

On a go-forward basis, it seems like the payments should be made directly from Hudson West III to the payee (e.g., Mervyn, instead of first being wired to CEFC.
