CP Parents - Nice win for the girls yesterday with lots of different players scoring, and some nice assisted goals. And we won the battle for groundballs in all 4 quarters. We had a few defensive letdowns which cost us some goals, but all in all it was a great effort by the team. We are planning to have practice tonite at 5:30. However, there is a line of clouds moving in from the west that is bringing showers and possibly a thunderstorm. But it looks clear behind these clouds. I would like to revisit the weather situation at 4:00 and make the final call then by email. If anyone needs to know sooner than that, let me know and I will make the call sooner. This is our last opportunity to practice before Lax Splash, and so if we can practice we should. Thanks again to the Shrivers for hosting the team yesterday. Jeanne, my only comment is that next time I will bring in a lifeguard to prevent roughhousing around the pool, and to make sure no one gets thrown in! Please let me know if you have any questions.
