What's best thing for me to do here. Should I have someone from jrb's office weigh in or is that overkill. And/or should I send email or call personally. Is this entirely a US issue or do the Chinese also need to be encouraged to expedite process? I am willing ready able to do all of the above or none of the above at your direction.
