Sincerest apologies that the incorrect 2.9 in our Washington ranking was not removed when your correct Index (current at the time) of 17.2 was inserted. I and many others proofed the list more times than I would like to admit, and I have no explanation for how we could have failed to catch the error and have your name appear twice. I take full responsibility for the egregious mistake.
