Voting at Annual Meetings
You have the right to vote on elections for new board members,
proposals from other investors and confirm important company service
providers, like auditors and accountants.
Special Meetings
When company management is proposing a major change, such as a merger
or acquisition, they call a special meeting so that every investor can
weigh in on the proposal.
Reports & Prospectus
Annual and Semi-Annual reports disclose all important recent events
at the company. The prospectus is a legal document that outlines your
investor rights and explains the investment strategy of the ETF you’re
invested in.
