The Commonwealth of Virginia still has the 1993 unpaid tax assessment of approximately $542,000 on their books. Based on a forensic audit and legal review, there are an additional 5 tax periods unpaid or missing. The total amount without time value of money is $3,742,098. With interest, $9,928,900.04. I was hired under the administration of then Governor Warner for the forensic asset recovery work. The current Governor McDonnell has asked that I proceed with the full recovery of the amount owed, or a reasonable resolution, to bring this matter to a close.
