Strong beliefs attract a lot more attention, and can have a lot more

PETER WALLISON: The Dodd-Frank plan for liquidating troubled financial
institutions is worse than letting the banks go bankrupt. Bank
liquidation “has no rules subject to legal oversight. Secured creditors
don’t know in advance whether they will be repaid and, in contrast to
bankruptcy, the creditors have no say in whether the firm is liquidated
or recapitalized by turning their debt into equity.” [Link]

airpower over Libya "helps explain not only why the administration has
