Dear Folks: Excuse the groupiness of this email invitation -- which I would make direct and personal if I could -- but am running to catch a plane to attend the NATO Summit in Warsaw. And I want you to join me at something worthwhile when I get back. *Vanessa Kerry, CEO of SEED Global Health,* and *Senator Ed Markey* *(D-MA) *are going to have a discussion about how to move the needle on improving global health and how to train ever more needed health professionals and practitioners in the still developing world. In other words, this event has soul. Vanessa's dad is Secretary Kerry -- and I think has helped shape, through her volunteerism, his frame on the developing world. But that's my speculation. *Bank of America* is hosting the gathering at the *BofA Financial Center/Executive Dining Room (730 15th Street NW Washington, DC) -- on Thursday, 14 July, 6-8 pm*. I am inviting you and a guest -- but please don't transfer this to others. I'm invited a select crowd to join the Senator and Vanessa. Please join me/us -- and let me know by RSVP if you can join. All best and thanks! Steve Steve Clemons, *The Atlantic* @SCClemon
