- Kris Balderston, current general manager of FleishmanHillard, will become president of global public affairs and strategic engagement. Before joining FH, Balderston was special representative for global partnerships under Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and then-Sen. Clinton's first legislative director and then deputy chief of staff.

- Robert Hoopes will succeed Balderston as GM, in addition to his current position as president of VOX Global. Hoopes worked for Sen. Joe Biden in New Hampshire on his first run for president and then in his Washington office. FleishmanHillard bought Hoopes Strategies in 2007 and named Hoopes president of VOX Global.
