Welcome to your weekly #TeamLisa update. With 67 days until the Democratic Primary in September we want to make sure everyone is up-to-date on all our campaign is doing. Here are some key updates:

Happy July 4th! Thank you to the amazing members of #TeamLisa who came out on Monday to march in the Smyrna & Hockessin parades with Lisa. With the largest crew of any Democratic candidates, we were quite the rowdy bunch, and Lisa even got to hop on the mic to make an impromptu pitch to the crowd at Hockessin.

Meeting an Icon. Lisa had the honor to meet equal pay icon Lilly Ledbetter at the women's bill package signing late last week. Thank you to Majority Leader Val Longhurst for the invite to Legislative Hall today.

Volunteers Needed! The Delaware State Fair is right around the corner, July 21-30. Sign up now with Maija at maija@lisabluntrochester.com to join our state fair crew and sign up supporters and potential volunteers at the fair.

Phone Banks Daily. Our campaign is now phone banking daily and receiving an incredible response from voters. We make calls from 10am to 8pm, plus we're knocking doors on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the state. Contact Ted at ted@lisabluntrochester.com to sign up for a shift!

Save the dates:

July 20th. Shore Democrats Meet the Candidates. For those of you down state, come enjoy lunch with Lisa and the Shore Democrats at Northeast Seafood Kitchen, 29 Atlantic Avenue in Ocean View, 11:30am to 1:30pm.
July 22nd. Women for Lisa kickoff event, 8-10am, at the Embassy Suites in Newark (654 South College Avenue.) Join Lisa and special guests for our Women for Lisa statewide kickoff!
July 26th. Coalition of 100 Black Women Congressional Forum. The Coalition of 100 Black Women - Delaware Chapter will be hosting a forum for all Congressional candidate on July 26th, 8-10am. The location is still TBD but be sure to mark you calendars and come out to show your support for Lisa!

PS. The news of police shootings and violence over the past few days has been deeply troubling. We grieve with the families of Delrawn Small, Alton Sterling, Philando Castile and the officers killed in Dallas last night. More violence isn't the answer.
