Timothy A. Burch, Jr., CR joined BOWA in spring 2012 as project leader focused on
guiding our clients in the Loudoun and Fauquier County areas through every step
of the remodeling experience. Tim has been working in the design build construction
industry for over 25 years, and has experience in all facets of residential construction.
He is a third-generation builder, certified remodeler and instructor, specializing
in guiding clients through the different phases of the design build process. Prior
to joining BOWA, Tim was the president and chairman of the board of the National
Association of the Remodeling Industry, Metro DC Chapter and a multiple Metro DC
Capital Contractor of the Year winner. Recently, he was the Lead Project Manager
of Construction for the Emmy Award-winning construction reality television show,
Extreme Makeover Home Edition on ABC television. Tim is on the Board of Directors
for The Fishing School and the Board of Building Appeals for Fauquier County. Tim,

Adam Wertheimer joined BOWA in May 2012, as a project leader. He works with clients
from their first thoughts of a project throughout the comprehensive design and planning
process and onto construction and beyond, helping to ensure that each project is
a success. He has over five years of experience in homebuilding, renovations and
additions, and residential and commercial property management. More importantly,
Adam brings a passion for residential construction to BOWA. He loves seeing his
clients' eyes light up while working with them to provide the projects of their
dreams. Adam earned his NAHB Certified Green Professional designation in 2008. He
is working on his MBA at American University with a specialization in real estate,
and currently holds a bachelor of science degree in real estate finance and marketing
also from American. Adam grew up in Potomac, Maryland and currently lives in Bethesda

Valerie Rizzo, ASID, CKD joined BOWA in May 2012 as a design professional working
closely with our project leaders and clients to design and draw home projects as
they move from concept to construction. Valerie brings to BOWA 32 years' experience
in all facets of design and space planning. After earning a Bachelor of Science
degree in Interior Design in 1980, Valerie spent 14 years in commercial design before
turning her focus to high-end residential projects with an emphasis in kitchen design.
She has received numerous honors for her work including the 2010 "Best Kitchen"
Award from Alaska's Best Kitchens. Valerie is very active in the design community
as a board member of the Bath and Kitchen Buying Group and a two-time past president
of the Alaska chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers. She is also
a member of National Kitchen and Bath Association and National Council for Interior
Design Qualification. In her spare time, Valerie enjoys spending time with her
son, Andrew, traveling, cooking classes, and designing things from kitchens to quilts.
