This issue is extra special because in it we celebrate our President & Senior Counsel
Steve Bright's first 30 Years at SCHR and share plans for his anniversary celebration
on November 15, 2012 in Washington DC. You can read about the launch of SCHR's new

in Georgia. As always, this issue is chock-full of updates on the full range of
SCHR's litigation - from tackling illegal police practices to holding prisons accountable
for violence in their facilities to the zealous direct representation of people
facing the death penalty that has been our cornerstone for the last 35 years.
