K2 Global Consulting™ Establishes New Identity with Brand Re-Launch
Risk firm aligns under the new name K2Intelligence™

NEW YORK, June 12, 2012 – K2 Global Consulting today announced a
corporate rebranding initiative to better reflect its vast
investigative experience and unique position as a technologically
innovative firm that analyzes complex events and manages risk for its
clients. As a part of the rebranding initiative, the company unveiled a
new logo, tagline, website and name, K2Intelligence.

The name retains the combination of the initials of the firm’s
founders, Jules and Jeremy Kroll – one, the creator of the modern
investigations, intelligence and security industry; the other, the CEO
and veteran leader in information securities and strategic
acquisitions. It also signifies the firm’s singular focus on providing
critical business intelligence for its clients.
