Jimmy / Hunter – would Sept. 20th work for you? The 15th is a public holiday (mid-autumn festival) and businesses are closed from the 15th to the 17th (both dates inclusive), resuming operations on Sunday the 18th. The board meeting will be at a location to be confirmed next week, we are looking at a few resort venues in China.

I was speaking with Hunter today and we are interested in seeing if the BHR Board Meeting can be held on Sepember 15th or 16th instead. Any chance we could do the meeting on one of those days in Septemeber? As it appears we will be in China that week
