FYI, see below my last correspondence with Kaushik from December 2010. I
don't see the response in my email from Kaushik. I am happy to respond to
him again and think I should probably be the one to do so. I can send in

Kaushik-

We have no knowledge of any payments. Rosemont Seneca was told that CCCL
was not interested in engaging our services. As you know Amitava is not a
member or affiliated in anyway with our firm and in fact I have not seen
nor heard from him in a number of months.

I am sorry to hear of this situation. Feel free to contact me if you have
any additional questions that might help you get to the bottom of this.

Iam compelled to write to you for a few clarifications from your end.
Last year you may recall our meeting during May 2009 and July 2009 to
