THE EDITORS: The Supreme Court's decision on Arizona's immigration law
is "especially welcome given the myriad efforts -- check this space to
see how the attack on the Affordable Care Act fares later this week --
to undermine long-established uses of federal power." [Link] And in
Egypt, THE EDITORS write, western diplomats hope the country will
evolve along the lines of the "Turkish Model" of democratic reform.
Trouble is, "Egypt appears determined to follow the earlier version of
the Turkish model," in which a powerful military stunts democracy.
