Dear Mr. Hunter Biden,

Hope you are well.

As you may recall, we had met during May 2009 for some projects that we
were keen on developing through your company and its reach.

Amongst the project that were discussed during myself and my Father's
visit was the Sri Lanka airport project, the food processing initiative in
India with American entities and solar project development in India.

It was in this connection that an advance payment was sought by Amitava Mitra in
presence of other Seneca members and Devroop Basu of Da Raj Group LLC as required to fulfill our obligations
to trigger all the initiatives.

Our offices paid USD 250,000 to Amitava who was our point of contact and
coordinating the entire exercise with Seneca then.

Till date neither did we get any projects initiated nor did we get a
refund. I had written to Mike Muldoon and received a call from Amitava
that he would refund the amount but after no response on his end, I
contacted Eric Scherwin last year but he too was unable to bring about a
resolution.

I have no choice but to turn to you in order to get a resolution to this
matter.

Its been long and our board feels there needs to be no stone left unturned
to recover this amount.

Please look into this matter and I will have my Father, The Chairman
follow it up with you with a phone call if necessary.
