So, since the rule of politics is that expectations matter - can we assume that since the conventional wisdom is that all or part of Obamacare will be thrown out this week that the expectations game is working for the Dems in this case and the law being upheld would be a "huge win" and even small tweaks to the bill will be considered "good for Obama?" Can't you see the spin by the press being "this could have been so much worse for the Obama Administration as many parts of the law have been upheld."

I don't know why - but I still think the law gets upheld in its entirety 6-3 or 5-4. If anything gets overturned it may be something like the Medicaid provisions but the mandate would remain. if the mandate remains and other parts are overturned - that's a win.
