This message is intended for authorized users (parents, guardians, sponsors)
who have permission to access Penn student billing accounts. Please take a
moment to review Student Registration and Financial Services’ holiday hours
and important dates and deadlinesthat will help make your student’s transition
to the spring semester easier.


Winter Break Hours

· SRFS will close on Friday, December 22 at 2 p.m. and reopen on Tuesday,
January 2 at 10 a.m.


Spring 2018 Billing Statement

· Available online via Penn.Pay

· Due date: January 4, 2018


Spring Term Refunds

· Refundswill begin January 4, 2018.

· SFS will email you when your refund has been processed.


Bill Payments

· Payments made online over break will post on Penn.Pay in real time.

· Payments received via postal mail will not post until January 2.


Transcript Requests

· Electronic Transcripts – requests will continue to be processed throughout
the break.

· Paper Transcripts – the University Registrar cannot accept paper
transcript requests December 22 through January 1. Click here for transcript
request details.


Penn InTouch/Registration

· Course selection will remain open during Winter Break. Please note
that, as the University is closed, permit requests may not receive a response
until January 2.

· Questions about course selection can always be emailed to registra@pobox.upenn.edu.
