R.Hunter: Donald Trump's FCC chairman is trying to repeal our nation's net neutrality rules - a move that would dismantle the internet as we know it.

We cannot let him succeed.

If you use the internet, this vote tomorrow will affect you. Repealing net neutrality would allow service providers to choose what sites their users can access and at what speed. Communication giants could block, censor or slap a premium on any site they disagree or compete with. When it comes to your bill, what you watch or download could matter as much as how much you watch.

The internet is a democratizing force. It creates a level playing field for innovation that favors neither the wealthy nor the well connected. We cannot let the Trump administration change this just to pander to the corporations that bankroll campaigns for Republicans.
