<p><span style="font-size: 14.5pt;">The Upper School is looking for DC-area organizations willing to sponsor an unpaid internship for current Sidwell </span><span style="font-size: 14.5pt; font-family: Calibri;">Friends 12</span><sup>th</sup><span style="font-size: 14.5pt;"> graders in May or rising 12</span><sup>th</sup><span style="font-size: 14.5pt;"> graders over the summer.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14.5pt;">Many current seniors </span><span style="font-size: 14.5pt;">pursue an internship opportunity for their Senior Projects during the four-week-long period from Monday, May 7 – Friday, June 1. During the senior project period, students are available for six hours each day, totaling 30 hours per week. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14.5pt;">Sidwell </span><span style="font-size: 14.5pt; font-family: Calibri;">Friends 11</span><sup>th</sup><span style="font-size: 14.5pt;"> graders are looking for summer internship opportunities through the Anindya Dehejia ‘78 Internship Program, which provides students with a stipend to participate in an internship of any length over the summer.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14.5pt;">If you work at an organization that would have interest in hosting a Sidwell </span><span style="font-size: 14.5pt; font-family: Calibri;">Friends student for either a Senior Project or summer internship (or both!), please use <a href="https://webapps.pcrsoft.com/Campus/Common/Service.aspx?notId=586544&scn=Sidwell&linkId=2723">this form</a> to provide details. We hope you will think about supporting a Sidwell Friends intern. Even though there is no guarantee that each organization will receive an intern, these partnerships are immensely beneficial for Sidwell Friends students.</span></p>
