Dear Tenants,

There is another test digging phase for the bollards scheduled to begin on Monday, December 18th, hopefully to be completed by the 21st (the permit is until Friday, the 29th just in case more time is needed). The test digging of the pits where the bollards will go is necessary as we do not know exactly what is below the ground. The holes will then be filled back up before the project starts next year at a date TBD. The permit is for work between 10AM and 5PM during the weekdays and it could get noisy at times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
