We’ve tied it.

As you may have heard, the judging panel decided to allow an additional ballot in Shelly Simonds’s HD94 race, which is now, at least temporarily, a literal tie.

We believe that ballot should have been rejected and there are other procedural issues with this decision. The party is almost certainly going to bring a legal challenge.
