TM Classes and Meditation Refresher Sessions

Happy Holidays! I hope everyone has been enjoying time with family and
friends.

We would like to thank those who have already made a tax deductible
donation to support those in need unable to afford the TM course. Your

TM Class Schedule:

You may want to have children, teenagers and college students learn the
Transcendental Meditation technique during the holiday break. Space still
available at 2 locations. Call for more details: 224-735-3342.

MEDITATION REFRESHER SESSIONS BY PHONE

If you live far away from our TM Centers please join by phone. E-mail me to
register at: lcarroll@tm.org and I will send you the conference line
details. Registration is required at least a few hours beforehand so I have
enough time to send you the conference line number.

Review of the principles of your TM practice, questions and answers on
personal experiences, group TM check, and short video. These meeting

are also recommended if you have not been meditating regularly and want to
get back on track!

Arlington Heights

TM Review or Follow-up Meetings (1 hour)
* Wednesday, January 2 and 3 at 6 pm
* Sunday, January 14 and 21 at 10 am (21 at 5 pm as well)
* Monday and Tuesday, January 15 and 22 and 16 and 23 at 7 pm

Group Meditation (Full 20 minute meditation followed by a refresher
session, which is optional)
* Sunday, January 14 and 21 at 9:30 am, 21 also at 5 pm
* Monday and Tuesday, January 15 and 22 and 16 and 23 at 6:30 pm

I will meet everyone in the lobby around 11 am so please wait in the

lobby for me. Security will not allow anyone on the elevator without me.
