During an audit this fall, we discovered that some families were not
charged for the School Sponsored Overnight Trip that their student
participated in last semester. You are receiving this email because you
are one of these families. We apologize for any inconvenience this may
cause.

The total cost for the South Africa trip that your child participated
in was $6,690, and you paid $100 of that amount. You were due to be
charged $3,295 for the final payment (half of the total amount), but
due to a clerical error that payment was credited to your account last
spring without actually being charged to your credit card. We plan to
charge that amount to your card next week unless we hear that you would
like us to charge a different card or would like to arrange a payment
plan.
