1) the contract(s) between Trade Group and Thornhill
2) financial instrument / structure by which we are secured in principal.
3) since TG doesn't have current operational history in oil trading
business, need an affirmation from Shell to demonstrate they are Tier-1
pricing supplier
4) third-party logistic company agreement on how the products are
moved/transported, and any agreement related to that.
5) an energy trading commercial lawyer to verify contracts and players
background.
