Attached is the memo we discussed to follow up on our recent meeting in New York. The numbers in the memo reflect the actual costs and anticipated profits from two different transactions, either of which (or both) we can execute upon your approval. We have not yet prepared the necessary contracts because we need to know how you would prefer to structure the transaction, but this can be done in short order when you’re ready to go forward.
