I've finally started to sift through the MSA and organize where we are with some of the bills. In the MSA you agreed to pay the following.

Giannini $3,665 (you paid)
Schecter $2,163 (you paid)
SmartTherapy $2,002 (you paid)
Dermatology $2,018 (I paid)
Dream Gardens $1,495 (I paid)
Lourdes $1,380 (I paid)
American Express $12,000 (you paid)
Neiman Marcus $8,000 (paying parts)
Accountant $5,000 (I paid)

Separate from the written agreement, you said you would pay my parents the $100,000 (plus interest they've paid) and my legal bills, $23,000.

I know a payment for the mortgage went through your account and we can subtract that. You also mentioned another number but I didn’t understand what that was from. Can you let me know what I owe you and we can subtract. Also, if I’ve made a mistake with anything, I apologize. I can’t wait to pay off everything.

It looks like you owe me:

$ 15,893 for misc. bills
$ 23,000 for legal bills

As for the $100,000 for my parents, I think the interest has been about $450 a month that they have been paying for at least two years. That totals about $10,800. I keep asking my mom to figure it out but I think she’s embarrassed/uncomfortable talking about money. Maybe you could just take over the monthly payments again until it can be paid off. They would be fine with that.

I hope this doesn’t upset you. I don’t expect you to pay all of these right away. I just wanted to organize a plan.

Please let me know what you can do. So far I am making payments on the bills still outstanding.
