Wanted to let you know that Joan and I won’t be in the office for the rest of this week and will be out permanently by the end of the week. We still have things that we want to come and get and we just need to coordinate a time when we can come by and move that stuff out. Maybe Friday would work?

It it still important that the lease be signed under a different entity than Skaneateles or that I be removed from any liability for the lease going forward. Regardless of the ownership percentages we are both jointly and wholly liable.

When we move out on Friday we’ll give the keys to Cecelia so she can sign them out. But, as I said, we won’t come into the office for the rest of the week unless we’ve coordinated with you first.
