There is no reason to change the entity that holds the lease. And it seems duplicitous for you to suggest I do so when you pointed out to me that such a change would violate the lease agreement and allow HOS to evict me. You signed the lease personally as President of Skaneatles. I specifically asked that Owasco be the lease holder and that I sign. You chose not to. You have to stop Eric. You cannot believe that by maligning me with everyone you speak to that this will end well for you. Take a breath realize that this is not the end of the world and let's find a way forward please.
