Attached are a few furnished rentals on the Upper East Side and Upper West Side that both the owner and building allow dogs. 205 E 85th Street and 201 W 72nd Street both have oversized terraces that I thought you would enjoy. The furnishings on 72nd Street are not updated and the owner will make concessions knowings this about the apartment, so if there are items - some or all - that you don't like, we can swap them out. 21 East 61st Street is just such a great location that I wanted to throw it in anyway and if you decide private outdoor space is an absolute must, we will cross it off the list. There are not a ton of furnished rentals that have outdoor space, allow dogs and are close to the park.
To expand our options, I also looked at unfurnished options at a lower price points and then spoke with a contact of mine at a furniture rental company that I often use for my listings. If we go this route, I can work with the designer, and you both - should you want - to pick out the furnishings for the apartment. Once the furniture is chosen, it arrives within 48 hours and I would be there to do the entire install and set up for the apartment, so when you arrive on your first day there will be no hassle and you will be moving into a fully furnished apartment.
