New York Meeting Today--Some of the Big Picture Discussion Points:

The Presentation should keep focus on all 3 tailor made opportunities to execute together.

And the one that warrants immediate low hanging fruit attention that can immediately begin bringing in very profitable returns is the second proposed opportunity.
***Be prepared to very simply explain EXACTLY what we need to do to immediately execute the second deal with the 5 buyers already in hand (and a couple of more opportunities since we last talked).
***Upon initiating the second opportunity possibly even discuss joint development of a business PARADIGM for rolling new second deal type opportunities into deposit funding acceptance to be able to expeditiously act on additional second deal type opportunities.

Then go back and discuss the other two big opportunities.

FYI: I'm continuing to stay in close contact with FedEx and followup emailed Fred Smith FedEx CEO again today and also told him I spoke to our mutual Friend Morgan Freeman and Morgan is going to invite him down to the Bayou Bend Country Club for a day of golf and dinner with us at a real "Country" Country Club!
