Attached are unfurnished options that I would furnish for you. In addition, there is also 205 W 76th Street #4G that you can view here: https://streeteasy.com/building/the-harrison-205-west-76th-street-new_york/4g and there is also an off-market Garden level in a Brownstone on 71st Street between Central Park West and Columbus that has 2 beds, 2 baths and an enormous backyard for $8,995. I am not sure if you were interested in Brownstones, if you are interested in this option I can send you a floorplan and photos.
There are a few other options in 1 Columbus Place, 58 West 58th Street and 165 East 66th Street that we are just waiting to confirm with the management company about any pet restrictions, but the owners all love dogs and hopefully I should hear back on these today.
To furnish a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment can run anywhere from $1000-$3000/mo based on the furnishings we choose. If you want me to fully furnish the apartment and handle everything, I am more than happy to do so - I do this 2-3x a month for my clients. But if you want to pick out the furnishings and be involved with the designing, you certainly can be! With this option, we have more flexibility and control over what the apartment will look like in the end and can design the home to your style.
